Princes House

Princes House comprises over 70,000 square feet of contemporary office space arranged over seven floors and a 21 unit shopping arcade with frontages on Piccadilly and Jermyn Street.

Tamares Real Estate purchased Princes House in 1990 and completed a re-development in 1997. Innovative designs were used, which included building bridge links throughout the property to create increased office space. A separate self-contained luxury town house with its own entrance on Jermyn Street was also created.

Princes House tenants include the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) which provides cinema, conference and entertainment facilities, Hilditch & Key, Orange, the renowned Tramp nightclub and Gala Casino.

Princes House was sold during October 2005.
