Argyle House

Argyle House comprises 193,000 square feet of useable office space along with 33,000 square feet of ancillary accommodation. It occupies a prominent location in Lothian, Edinburgh, immediately south west of Edinburgh Castle, on a corner site fronting Castle Terrace, Lady Lawson Street and West Port.

Tamares Real Estate recognised that the Lothian area was becoming an increasingly favoured location in Edinburgh for major commercial occupiers and purchased the property in the summer of 1993.

Built in 1970, Argyle House is a concrete frame construction arranged in two eleven storey wings, with an additional sandstone clad section fronting Castle Terrace. This connects with the main office accommodation.

Argyle House was sold during December 2002.
